An intense missionary work moved churches and families in various cities of Goiás during the weekend, gathering members, workers, and interested people in a large evangelistic mobilization promoted by the church.
The activities began on Friday night with a special training for workers, strengthening missionary and spiritual preparation for the participants.
On Saturday morning, Pr. Renan Almeida, director of Evangelism of the Central Union, presented the main message of the worship service, bringing spiritual guidance and encouragement to the missionary work. In the afternoon, the entire church participated in a training session followed by a missionary campaign, involving members of different ages in the distribution of the evangelistic message.
Still on Saturday night, a special worship service was held at a family's home, gathering 17 interested people, including assembly members who closely followed the spiritual programming. The meeting was marked by strong biblical interest and Christian communion.
After the closure of Saturday's activities, the missionary team traveled to Pirenópolis, where on Sunday morning a new training session took place with the local pastor, followed by another missionary campaign through the city's streets.
On Sunday afternoon, the team traveled to Jaraguá, making missionary visits to a church family. Four people were visited, including an elderly sister almost 90 years old, who was deeply moved by the pastoral visit and showed great joy for the attention received.
Closing the evangelistic weekend, a worship service was held on Sunday night in Jaraguá, strengthening the local members and reaffirming the church's commitment to preaching the gospel.
While part of the church participated in the missionary campaigns in Anápolis and Pirenópolis, sisters who could not go out for external work remained in the church in a spirit of intercession, praying for the missionaries and the interested people reached. A special worship service was also held in Abadiânia, further expanding the reach of the spiritual activities.
The actions had the support of Harley Santos, from Evangelismo ASCENBRA, and demonstrated the church's continuous commitment to the mission, discipleship, and spiritual care of families.
